In this 75 minute class, begin with a kick butt cardio routine to get your heart rate elevated and a mat pilates session to tone and strengthen key postural elements. Follow up this high intensity workout with a Kundalini yoga and breath-work session to stretch sore muscles and strengthen your electromagnetic field(aura). End with a rejuvenating sound meditation.
