Join Melody for a ritual experience to replenish your energy and honor the transformations happening al around us. Using the moon as a guide, we will follow the light as it travels from the hidden depths of the underworld to its full and radiant expression. Enjoy guided meditations, mindful movement and breath practices, and symbolic Hastas (hand gestures) to deepen your personal devotional practice.

We interpret yoga as the practice of joining body, breath, and intention - not just on the mat, but everywhere we go and in everything we do.

Classes are held at the Natural Law Apothecary. Located in downtown Salt Lake City, this holistic haven provides our gorgeous upstairs space, as well as massage services and bodywork, herbal teas, remedies, elixirs and more. We LOVE Natural Law!

Release & Restore

Tuesday Nights - 7:00pm (1 hour)

Your evening antidote! Unwind with a yoga practice to nourish your mental, physical, and emotional bodies. Each class begins with a short meditation and themed journal prompt, followed by movement taught in the Hatha style, (ha) representing sun and (tha) representing moon.

Aim to build heat while maintaining control, using breath as an anchor to move from one pose to the next. Class ends with a deep stretch and cozy savasana.

** This practice is appropriate for all levels!

Beats & Breathwork

Thursday at Lunchtime - 12:00pm (50 minutes)

In and out in 50 minutes! Rejuvenate yourself with this uplifting mid-day practice; 20 minutes of Hatha flow, 15 minutes of active meditation (breathwork), 10 minutes of stretch, 5 minutes of rest. Everything you need to decompress, regain focus and reboot your energy to float through the rest of your day.

** This practice is open to all, but not recommended for those who are trying yoga for the very first time.

RISE & SHINE

Saturday Mornings - 11:00am (1 hour)

Set the tone for your entire weekend! This class begins with our favorite ritual for morning clarity; a guided meditation, a yummy cup of tea, and a few minutes to work through a themed journal prompt.

Then enjoy a soulful, dynamic yoga flow that combines stamina and strength with breath and stillness. Cool down with a lengthy savasana - leaving you feeling connected, joyous, and empowered.
