Monday 7:30 - 8:30pm : Gentle Stretch & Meditation
Allow the stress of the day to fade and the mind to quite as you step into the present moment. Move through a gentle stretch sequence to release tension held in the neck, shoulders, legs and hips, then learn to meditate with the assistance of guided imagery and sound vibrations. Combine stamina and strength with flexibility and stillness to become mindfully aware of your body's movements, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the week ahead. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Wednesday 9:15 - 10:15am : Remedy Flow
This full body morning class emphasizes alignment while using the breath to move from one pose into the next. Taught in the Hatha style, (ha) representing sun and (tha) representing moon, this class creates balance within the body while educating on the health benefits of each pose. Stretch, strengthen and sweat, then cool down with mindful stretching and a cozy savasana! This class is appropriate for all levels.

Tuesday 7 - 8:15pm : Yin Yoga Series
Many women feel overworked, overstimulated, and burned out; and the typical response is to work harder to muscle through it. However, what the body and soul truly crave is an antidote to the hard work. The Yin Yoga series is a quiet, contemplative experience that provides the space for true wisdom and healing to arise. The program includes relaxing, floor-based postures, tranquil music, mindfulness meditation, and essential oils. You will let go of stress and leave feeling grounded and full of peace. Perfect for all women who want to bring more peace into their busy lives.

Vibrant Kundalini Yoga Series
Kundalini is the yoga of awakening. It directs the body’s vital energy up the spine, pausing at each chakra on the way to our crown, where we are joined with the infinite. Through enlivening movements and specific breath work, this sweet yet strong class is a blend of movement, stillness, meditation and awareness - connecting you to your own inner teacher and a deep sense of internal wellbeing. Classes will end with a beautiful sound healing; leaving you feeling deeply held, loved and ready to take on the world.
