Melody Roguschka

Daughter of a Prussian immigrant and raised in the mountains, Melody knew from an early age that there is a special connection between people and the Earth. She recalls passionately playing in her grandmother’s garden as a child, and, always a lover of odd things, enjoyed crafting healing kits out of plants and stones.

Just before her high school graduation, Melody experienced a life changing medical trauma that required her to approach life in a different way. A blood clot developed in her brain, and transformed her from healthy, high school athlete to bedridden with limited mobility. In recovery she discovered the practice of yoga, very slowly and quietly, learning to follow her breath in and out. It served as a foundational tool for pain management, and laid the blueprint for future psychological, spiritual, and emotional healing.

Melody attended the University of Utah for her Bachelors in Strategic Communications, then went on to study Hatha Yoga and Shamanic Ritual work in the San Francisco Bay Area. She continues to follow her passion for healing trauma, and enjoys educating clients on the energy meridians of the body and how to live in rhythm with the Earth.

MADISON FARNSWORTH

Maddy is a true Park City local, moving here with her family in 1996 from Los Angeles. Growing up playing in the backyard of PC, Maddy early on became passionate about lifelong health and fitness and helping others spark that same passion. Attending Westminster College for a degree in International Business and Spanish, Maddy moved back to LA to work in theatrical digital marketing for Pantelion Films. Once realizing a career in film was not her dream, she relocated to San Diego to help clients find confidence, strength and alignment within their bodies.

After receiving her Stott Pilates Certification and teaching at several studios in La Jolla, Maddy decided it was time to return to Utah to further her education. She is currently applying for PT school, and hopes to incorporate her Pilates background with her degree to build a more in-depth, educational practice for her clients.
